- 2 parts Prosecco or any dry sparkling wine
- 1 part white cranberry juice
- 4 oz. clear orange liqueur like Triple Sec, plus more for garnish
- Clear sanding sugar sprinkles for rim (optional)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs and whole cranberries for garnish (optional)
Prepare the glasses:
Pour a little orange liqueur on a plate. Dip the rim of each champagne glass into the liqueur, then into clear sanding sugar for a frosted look.
Add the cranberry juice:
Pour about 2 ounces (1 part) of white cranberry juice into each flute.
Add the orange liqueur:
Add a small splash (around 1 teaspoon) of Triple Sec into each glass.
Top with Prosecco:
Gently pour in chilled Prosecco (about 4 ounces per glass). Pour slowly so the bubbles don’t overflow.
Garnish and serve:
Drop in a few whole cranberries and a sprig of fresh rosemary for that classic Christmas touch.
- Best served immediately after pouring.
- Avoid stirring — it flattens the bubbles.
- You can rim the glasses with gold sugar for a more festive touch.
- For kids, skip the alcohol and serve a sparkling juice version.
