Ingredients

  • 2 parts Prosecco or any dry sparkling wine
  • 1 part white cranberry juice
  • 4 oz. clear orange liqueur like Triple Sec, plus more for garnish
  • Clear sanding sugar sprinkles for rim (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs and whole cranberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the glasses:
  • Pour a little orange liqueur on a plate. Dip the rim of each champagne glass into the liqueur, then into clear sanding sugar for a frosted look.
  • Add the cranberry juice:
  • Pour about 2 ounces (1 part) of white cranberry juice into each flute.
  • Add the orange liqueur:
  • Add a small splash (around 1 teaspoon) of Triple Sec into each glass.
  • Top with Prosecco:
  • Gently pour in chilled Prosecco (about 4 ounces per glass). Pour slowly so the bubbles don’t overflow.
  • Garnish and serve:
  • Drop in a few whole cranberries and a sprig of fresh rosemary for that classic Christmas touch.

Notes

  • Best served immediately after pouring.
  • Avoid stirring — it flattens the bubbles.
  • You can rim the glasses with gold sugar for a more festive touch.
  • For kids, skip the alcohol and serve a sparkling juice version.
