Ingredients

  • 2 medium carrots peeled
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks about ½ small pineapple
  • 1 medium apple optional, for added sweetness
  • 1- inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, adjust to taste
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Start by peeling the carrots and chopping them into smaller pieces to make juicing easier. Cut the pineapple into chunks and peel the ginger. If you’re using an apple, core it and cut it into quarters.

Juicing Time:

  • Toss the carrots, pineapple, ginger, and apple into your juicer. Juice everything until smooth and well combined.

Mix It Up:

  • After juicing, pour the mixture into a blender. Add cold water or coconut water for a smoother consistency. You can adjust the amount depending on how thick you like your juice.

Sweeten It:

  • Add honey if you like a sweeter juice. Blend for a few seconds until everything is well mixed.

Serve:

  • Pour your Skin Glowing Pineapple Carrot Juice into a glass, add ice cubes if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you don’t have a juicer, you can use a blender. Just blend the ingredients with water, then strain the juice using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
  • This juice can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours, but for the freshest taste, drink it immediately!
