Ingredients
  

  • 3 ounces Aperol
  • 2 ounces blood orange juice
  • 2 ounces apple cider
  • 1 splash soda water or prosecco
  • 1 ounce club soda
  • Ice
  • 1 slice blood orange for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill your glass with ice. Don’t skimp—this cocktail tastes best very cold.
  • Pour in 3 ounces of Aperol.
  • Add 2 ounces blood orange juice and 2 ounces apple cider.
  • Top with a splash of soda water or prosecco, then add 1 ounce of club soda.
  • Stir gently to mix.
  • Garnish with a slice of blood orange.
