Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups chopped seedless watermelon
  • Juice of 2 fresh limes
  • teaspoons sugar divided
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • Crushed ice
  • 2 cups sparkling water or kombucha optional
  • Club soda for topping
  • Extra watermelon cubes lime slices, and mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

Step 1

  • Place the chopped watermelon into a blender and blend until completely smooth.

  • If you prefer a smoother drink, strain the watermelon juice through a fine-mesh sieve.

  • In a small bowl or cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves with one teaspoon of sugar and the lime juice.

  • Combine the watermelon juice with the mint-lime mixture.
