Equipment

  • Cocktail serving glass
  • Jigger or measuring cup
  • Bar spoon
  • Citrus juicer
  • Citrus reamer
  • Knife and cutting board

Ingredients

For the drink:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled (frozen works too—just thaw first)
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup totally optional—adjust to taste
  • Ice cubes

Garnishes (optional but fun!):

  • Strawberry slices
  • Citrus wheels orange or lemon
  • Fresh mint sprigs

Instructions

Make the strawberry base:

  • In a bowl, mash the strawberries with a fork or muddler until juicy. You can strain it for a smoother mocktail, but I like the texture of real strawberry bits.

Juice the citrus:

  • Use a citrus juicer to squeeze the orange and lemon juice into a measuring cup.

Mix it up:

  • In a large glass or mixing jug, stir together the strawberry purée, orange juice, and lemon juice.

Sweeten it (if needed):

  • Taste it! If it’s not sweet enough, add 1–2 tablespoons of honey or syrup and stir well.

Add the sparkle:

  • Pour in the sparkling water and stir gently.

Serve over ice:

  • Fill your glasses with ice and pour the mocktail over the top.

Garnish and enjoy:

  • Add strawberry slices, citrus wheels, and fresh mint. Looks fancy, tastes amazing.
