- 1 shot 3 oz Bailey’s Red Velvet Cupcake Irish Cream liqueur
- 3 oz vanilla vodka
- 2 oz chocolate liqueur Godiva or crème de cacao
- 2 shots 6 oz half and half or heavy cream
- ¼ oz Aperol
- ½ oz grenadine
- Red sanding sugar for rimming
- Chocolate syrup or heart drizzle optional
- Whipped cream for garnish
- Heart-shaped sprinkles for garnish
Pour red sanding sugar onto a small plate. Drizzle chocolate syrup onto another plate if using.
Dip the rim of each martini glass into chocolate syrup, then into red sanding sugar. Set aside.
Add Bailey’s Red Velvet, vanilla vodka, chocolate liqueur, half and half, Aperol, and grenadine to a shaker filled halfway with ice.
Shake firmly for 15–20 seconds until chilled and creamy.
Strain into prepared martini glasses.
Top with whipped cream and heart-shaped sprinkles if desired.
