  • 1 pasteurized raw egg
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or sugar adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • Squeeze the Juice: Begin by juicing the oranges until you have about one cup of fresh juice.
  • Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the fresh orange juice, pasteurized raw egg, honey or sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  • Mix Until Smooth: Blend the mixture on high speed until it becomes frothy and well-combined, about 30 seconds.
  • Serve Chilled: Pour the juice into a glass, add a few ice cubes if desired, and enjoy immediately for the best taste.
