Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 7 mini peaches or 4 large peaches pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice about 4–6 lemons
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice cubes for serving
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Make the fruit syrup

  • In a medium saucepan, add raspberries, peaches, sugar, and 1 cup of water. Heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the fruit softens and the sugar dissolves.

Step 2: Blend the fruit

  • Once slightly cooled, transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 3: Strain the mixture

  • Pour the blended fruit through a fine mesh strainer into a large bowl or pitcher. This removes any seeds or pulp for a smoother drink.

Step 4: Mix in lemon juice and water

  • Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and the remaining 3 cups of water. Stir well to combine. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.

Step 5: Chill and serve

  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.

Notes

    • Best served cold.
    • Use fresh lemons for bright flavor.
    • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
    • Add sparkling water right before serving if you want fizz
