Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz tequila silver or blanco
  • 1 oz passionfruit juice
  • 1 oz raspberry syrup store-bought or homemade
  • 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup optional, to taste
  • 1 egg white or 1 oz aquafaba for vegan option
  • Ice for shaking
  • Fresh raspberries and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions
 

Dry Shake First

  • Add tequila, passionfruit juice, raspberry syrup, lime juice, simple syrup (if using), and egg white to a shaker without ice. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds.

Shake with Ice

  • Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain

  • Double strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.

Garnish

  • Top with fresh raspberries and a lime wedge.
  • Optional: Lightly tap the foam and add a few drops of raspberry syrup for a decorative swirl.
