Ingredients
  

  • cups ginger ale
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups pink Moscato wine
  • ¼ cup Crème de Cassis
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar optional
  • 1 sprig mint leaves optional, for garnish
  • Extra raspberries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place raspberries in a small bowl.
  • Add sugar if using. Mash gently with a spoon until juicy.
  • Spoon the raspberry mixture into a large glass.
  • Pour in Crème de Cassis.
  • Add chilled pink Moscato wine slowly.
  • Top with ginger ale.
  • Stir once or twice.
  • Garnish with mint and extra raspberries.
