- 1½ cups ginger ale
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 cups pink Moscato wine
- ¼ cup Crème de Cassis
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar optional
- 1 sprig mint leaves optional, for garnish
- Extra raspberries for garnish
Place raspberries in a small bowl.
Add sugar if using. Mash gently with a spoon until juicy.
Spoon the raspberry mixture into a large glass.
Pour in Crème de Cassis.
Add chilled pink Moscato wine slowly.
Top with ginger ale.
Stir once or twice.
Garnish with mint and extra raspberries.
