Ingredients

  • 1 cup 240 ml / 8 fl oz milk of choice
  • Dairy milk
  • Almond milk
  • Oat milk
  • Soy milk
  • Coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup 50 g pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon clear honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 –1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Optional Garnish

  • Dollop of whipped cream
  • Pinch of pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

Step 1

  • Add the milk, pumpkin puree, honey, and pumpkin pie spice to a small saucepan. Whisk thoroughly until the pumpkin is fully blended into the milk.

Step 2

  • Place the saucepan over medium-low heat. Warm gently while whisking continuously for about 3–4 minutes. Do not boil the milk, as overheating may affect the texture and flavor.

Step 3

  • Once the mixture is steaming and smooth, remove it from the heat. For an extra frothy finish, blend with a milk frother or use a blender for about 20 seconds.

Step 4

  • Pour into your favorite mug. Top with whipped cream if desired and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice. Serve immediately.

  • Taste and adjust spice if needed.
  • Best enjoyed fresh.
  • Refrigerate leftovers for up to 2 days.
  • Reheat slowly over low heat.
  • Shake or whisk before reheating if separation occurs.
