  • Strainer
  • Martini glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ – 2 oz vodka adjust to taste
  • 2 oz espresso or strong brewed coffee, chilled
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur like Kahlua
  • ½ – 1 oz pumpkin spice syrup store-bought or homemade
  • Pinch of pumpkin pie spice for garnish
  • 3 whole coffee beans for garnish
  • 1 cup 237 g ice

Instructions
 

  • Chill the Glass: Pop your martini glass in the freezer while you mix.
  • Shake It Up: In a shaker, add vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, pumpkin spice syrup, and ice.
  • Shake Well: Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds. This creates that signature frothy top.
  • Strain and Pour: Strain into your chilled glass.
  • Garnish: Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice and top with 3 coffee beans.
