Ingredients
  

Pumpkin Sweet Cream

  • 5 tbsp full-fat coconut milk or heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp whole milk
  • 1 tbsp canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or vanilla syrup adjust to taste
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
  • tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 –2 tbsp oat milk to thin as needed

Chai Tea Latte

  • ½ cup milk of choice I used 2%
  • ½ cup chai tea concentrate
  • ½ – ¾ cup oat milk or milk of choice
  • Handful of ice

Instructions
 

Step 1: Make the Pumpkin Sweet Cream

  • In a small bowl, whisk together coconut milk (or heavy cream), whipping cream, whole milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Use a hand frother or whisk until the mixture thickens slightly. Add oat milk a little at a time to thin until it’s pourable but still creamy. Set aside.

Step 2: Build the Chai Latte

  • Fill a glass with ice.
  • Pour in ½ cup chai tea concentrate.
  • Add ½ cup milk of choice.
  • Top with ½–¾ cup oat milk (depending on how creamy you like it). Stir gently.

Step 3: Add the Pumpkin Cream

  • Spoon or pour the pumpkin sweet cream over the top of the chai latte.
  • Sprinkle with a little pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon if desired.
  • Sip and enjoy!
