A Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte is a cozy fall drink made with spiced chai tea, creamy pumpkin sweet cream, and a hint of pumpkin pie spice. It’s smooth, flavorful, and tastes just like a Starbucks favorite—easy to make at home!
In a small bowl, whisk together coconut milk (or heavy cream), whipping cream, whole milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice.
Use a hand frother or whisk until the mixture thickens slightly. Add oat milk a little at a time to thin until it’s pourable but still creamy. Set aside.
Step 2: Build the Chai Latte
Fill a glass with ice.
Pour in ½ cup chai tea concentrate.
