Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cold heavy cream or heavy whipping cream
  • 5 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons cold 2% milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice for topping
  • Cold brew coffee for serving

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to a jar or bowl:
  • Combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, 2% milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
  • Whisk or shake:
  • Whisk everything until it thickens just slightly and turns frothy. Or add to a jar with a tight lid and shake it for 30–60 seconds.
  • Tip: Want it fluffier? Pop it in the freezer for 2–3 minutes before whisking.
  • Top your cold brew:
  • Pour cold brew coffee into a glass over ice. Spoon a few tablespoons of pumpkin cold foam on top.
  • Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice:
  • Just a light dusting on top makes it picture-perfect.
