Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup or pumpkin pie syrup to taste
  • Ice
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free vanilla syrup optional
  • ¼ cup half and half optional

Instructions
 

Mix the Cold Brew

  • In a large pitcher, combine cold brew coffee and water. Stir until fully blended.

Make the Pumpkin Cream

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup.

Add the Cream

  • Pour in heavy whipping cream and optional half and half. Whisk until lightly frothy – it should look like soft peaks.

Assemble the Drink

  • Fill two glasses with ice. Pour cold brew coffee over the ice (leaving room for the foam).

Top with Pumpkin Cream Foam

  • Spoon the whipped pumpkin cream on top of each glass. Let it float over the coffee just like the Starbucks pumpkin cold brew.

Serve Immediately

  • Gently stir before drinking and enjoy your Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew at home!

Notes

If the pumpkin mixture feels too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of cold brew coffee while whisking to thin it out.
