A Pumpkin Chai Iced Latte is a refreshing fall drink made with chai tea, pumpkin puree, warm spices, milk, and ice. It’s creamy, lightly sweet, and full of cozy autumn flavors—perfect for a homemade Starbucks-style treat.

1/4cuppumpkin puree
2tablespoonssugaror sweetener of choice
1/4teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
1/4cupheavy creamfor whipped topping
1tablespoonpowdered sugar
Ice cubes
1/2cup120 g creamy milk (extra for topping)
Instructions
Brew the Chai
Bring 1 cup of water to a simmer. Add the chai tea bags and steep for 5 minutes. Remove the bags and let the tea cool slightly.
Mix the Pumpkin Base
In a small saucepan, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice with 1 cup of milk. Warm over medium heat until smooth and combined (about 3 minutes). Do not boil.
Combine the Latte
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour in the chai tea, then add the pumpkin milk mixture. Stir well until blended.
Make the Cream Topping
Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until slightly thick. Pour a spoonful of creamy milk on top for extra smoothness.
Serve and Sip
Add whipped cream on top, sprinkle with extra pumpkin pie spice, and enjoy your iced pumpkin chai latte!
