Cocktail serving glass (highball, I used a 10‑ounce glass)
Jigger or measuring cup
Bar spoon
Citrus juicer
Citrus reamer (for fresh grapefruit, optional)
Knife and cutting board (for fresh fruit or jalapeños if you add a spicy twist)
Large beverage dispenser or punch bowl
- 2 liters Sprite or 7 UP
- 4 ½ cups white grape juice
- 3 tablespoons grenadine
- 3 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 1 quart raspberry sherbet
- 1 cup pink lemonade mix
- 2 cups club soda
- Sliced strawberries and lemon wheels for garnish
Chill everything. Pop bottles and sherbet into the fridge at least two hours early. Cold ingredients keep ice from watering down the punch.
Build the base. In a large punch bowl, combine white grape juice, pineapple juice, and pink lemonade mix. Stir with a bar spoon until the mix dissolves.
Add sparkle. Gently pour in Sprite, letting the stream hit the side of the bowl so bubbles stay lively.
Color it pink. Drizzle grenadine in a spiral for an ombré effect.
Sherbet swirl. Scoop raspberry sherbet into small balls and float them on top. As the sherbet melts it forms a glossy foam and deepens the raspberry drink flavor.
