Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen peach slices
  • ½ cup milk almond, coconut, or regular
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey
  • Ground nutmeg to taste
  • Ground cinnamon for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen peaches, milk, Greek yogurt, oats, cinnamon, vanilla, honey, and nutmeg to the blender.
  • Start on low speed. Increase speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness with honey if needed.
  • Pour into two glasses.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.
