- ½ cup milk almond, coconut, or regular
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 –2 tablespoons honey
- Ground nutmeg to taste
- Ground cinnamon for garnish (optional)
Add frozen peaches, milk, Greek yogurt, oats, cinnamon, vanilla, honey, and nutmeg to the blender.
Start on low speed. Increase speed until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust the sweetness with honey if needed.
