- 1 –2 tablespoons honey to taste
- 1/4 cup orange juice fresh preferred
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice no sugar added
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 2 ounces light rum
- 1 ounce dark rum
- Sparkling water optional, for topping
- Hawaiian pink salt or kosher salt optional, for rim
- Garnish: mint sprig orange slice, or edible flower
Prepare the glass: Run a lime wedge around the rim and dip into salt if using.
Mix the base: In a shaker, combine hibiscus syrup, honey, orange juice, pineapple juice, and lime juice. / Mix all the liquid ingredients
