Ingredients

  • 2 cups blackberry juice chilled
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice chilled
  • 1 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda chilled
  • 1/2 cup grape juice chilled
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup blue curaçao syrup non-alcoholic
  • Edible silver glitter optional
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh blackberries and mint leaves for garnish optional
  • Sugar for rims optional

Instructions

Prepare your punch bowl

  • Add a handful of ice cubes to your punch bowl or pitcher. If you want rims coated in sugar, dip the glasses into lemon juice, then into a small plate of sugar.

Pour in the juices

  • Add the blackberry juice, pomegranate juice, grape juice, and lemon juice. Give it a slow stir.
  • Tip: Taste this base before adding sparkling water. If you want more sweetness, add a splash of grape juice.

Add the blue curaçao syrup

  • Pour it in slowly so you can watch that beautiful frosty color appear.

Add the sparkling water or soda

  • Pour it in right before serving so the punch stays fizzy.

Garnish and serve

  • Drop in fresh blackberries and mint leaves. Sprinkle a tiny amount of edible glitter if you want that “snowy” look.
  • Serve cold.

Notes

  • Make the base ahead, but add fizz at the end.
  • Keep a little extra lemon juice nearby to balance sweetness.
  • Frozen berries work well if you want a cold punch without watering it down.
