- 10 mint leaves
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- ½ oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 oz White Rum Copalli White Rum recommended
- 2 oz mango juice
- 4 dashes bitters Peychaud’s Bitters works well
- Garnish:
- Mint sprig
- Lime wedge
- Orchid optional
Add mint leaves to your glass. Pour in the simple syrup.
Use a spoon to gently press the mint. This helps release its flavor.
Add fresh lime juice and mango juice.
Pour in the white rum.
Add ice to fill the glass.
Add bitters on top.
Stir well using a long spoon until everything is mixed and chilled.
Garnish with mint, lime, and orchid if you like.
