Ingredients
  

  • 10 mint leaves
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • ½ oz fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 2 oz White Rum Copalli White Rum recommended
  • 2 oz mango juice
  • 4 dashes bitters Peychaud’s Bitters works well
  • Garnish:
  • Mint sprig
  • Lime wedge
  • Orchid optional

Instructions
 

  • Add mint leaves to your glass. Pour in the simple syrup.
  • Use a spoon to gently press the mint. This helps release its flavor.
  • Add fresh lime juice and mango juice.
  • Pour in the white rum.
  • Add ice to fill the glass.
  • Add bitters on top.
  • Stir well using a long spoon until everything is mixed and chilled.
  • Garnish with mint, lime, and orchid if you like.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness based on mango type
  • Fresh lime gives better flavor than bottled
  • Bitters are optional but recommended
