Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle dry rosé wine 750ml
  • 1/2 cup limoncello liqueur
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Fruit

  • Wash all fruit thoroughly. Slice the strawberries, lemon, and orange into thin pieces.

Step 2: Mix the Sangria Base

  • In a large pitcher, combine the rosé wine, limoncello, lemon juice, and honey or simple syrup. Stir until fully combined.

Step 3: Add the Fruit

  • Add the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, lemon slices, and orange slices to the pitcher.

Step 4: Chill

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. For even better flavor, chill for 4–6 hours.

Step 5: Add Sparkling Water

  • Right before serving, stir in the sparkling water or club soda.

Step 6: Garnish and Serve

  • Serve over ice and garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and extra berries if desired.

Notes

  • Dry rosé works best for balanced flavor.
  • Sangria can be prepared a day ahead.
  • Avoid adding sparkling water too early.
  • Fresh mint adds a cooling finish.
  • Leftovers are best enjoyed within 24 hours.
