Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cranberries frozen works best
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup cranberry juice or cranberry vodka if you want a stronger punch
  • 1 bottle prosecco or champagne 750 mL
  • 2 cups cranberry ginger ale add more if you like sweeter punch
  • Ice
  • Rosemary sprigs for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Add the frozen cranberries and pomegranate seeds to a large pitcher or punch bowl.
  • Pour in the cranberry juice (or cranberry vodka). Give it a quick stir.
  • Add the bottle of champagne or prosecco.
  • Add the cranberry ginger ale.
  • Add ice to chill the punch.
  • Stir gently so the bubbles stay in the drink.
  • Add rosemary sprigs on top or in each glass for a simple garnish.

Notes

  • Add juice first, bubbly last.
  • Don’t over sweeten or it loses the champagne flavor.
  • Mix gently to keep fizz.
  • Make a second batch if hosting more than 6 people.
  • Keep extra ginger ale nearby for guests who like sweeter drinks.
