- 1 cup cranberries frozen works best
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup cranberry juice or cranberry vodka if you want a stronger punch
- 1 bottle prosecco or champagne 750 mL
- 2 cups cranberry ginger ale add more if you like sweeter punch
- Ice
- Rosemary sprigs for garnish optional
Add the frozen cranberries and pomegranate seeds to a large pitcher or punch bowl.
Pour in the cranberry juice (or cranberry vodka). Give it a quick stir.
Add the bottle of champagne or prosecco.
Add the cranberry ginger ale.
