- 2 oz simple syrup
Red Layer:
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup ice
White Layer:
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup ice
Blue Layer:
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 oz blue curaçao
- 1/2 cup ice

Step 1: Make the Red Layer
In a blender, add frozen strawberries and ice. Pour in 2 oz of rum, 1 oz lime juice, and a splash of simple syrup. Blend until smooth. Pour into the bottom of each glass and freeze for a few minutes to set.
Marina’s Tip: Freeze between layers to keep them from mixing together!
Step 2: Make the White Layer
Rinse the blender, then blend coconut cream with ice, 2 oz rum, and 1 oz lime juice. Gently spoon this layer on top of the red one.
Step 3: Make the Blue Layer
Blend frozen blueberries, ice, blue curaçao, and the rest of the rum. Slowly pour it on top of the white layer using the back of a spoon to keep the layers neat.
Step 4: Garnish and Serve
