Ingredients

  • 4 ripe fresh peaches pitted and chopped
  • 1/3 cup sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup water or peach juice
  • 3 –4 cups soda 7-Up, Sprite, Club Soda, or Soda Water
  • Mint leaves for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the peaches: Wash, pit, and chop your peaches into small chunks.
  • Blend: Add peaches, sugar, lemon juice, ice, and water (or peach juice) to your blender.
  • Blend until smooth: Keep blending until the mixture looks thick and icy. If it’s too thick, add a splash of soda or water.
  • Add soda: Pour soda into the blender and pulse a few times — just enough to mix it in without losing all the bubbles.
  • Serve right away: Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

  • Use ripe, juicy peaches for the best flavor.
  • Always add the soda last to keep the drink bubbly.
  • For extra flavor, chill your glasses before serving.
