- 4 ripe fresh peaches pitted and chopped
- 1/3 cup sugar adjust to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1/2 cup water or peach juice
- 3 –4 cups soda 7-Up, Sprite, Club Soda, or Soda Water
- Mint leaves for garnish optional
Prepare the peaches: Wash, pit, and chop your peaches into small chunks.
Blend: Add peaches, sugar, lemon juice, ice, and water (or peach juice) to your blender.
Blend until smooth: Keep blending until the mixture looks thick and icy. If it’s too thick, add a splash of soda or water.
Add soda: Pour soda into the blender and pulse a few times — just enough to mix it in without losing all the bubbles.
Serve right away: Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Use ripe, juicy peaches for the best flavor.
- Always add the soda last to keep the drink bubbly.
- For extra flavor, chill your glasses before serving.
