- 2 cups fresh spinach packed
- 1 small avocado peeled and pitted
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any plant-based milk
- 1 medium green apple cored and chopped
- ½ cucumber peeled and sliced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1- inch piece of fresh ginger peeled
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional for sweetness
- ½ cup ice cubes
Add the spinach, avocado, almond milk, and green apple to a blender.
Toss in the cucumber, lemon juice, ginger, and chia seeds.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If needed, add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
