  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey or agave nectar optional
  • Mint leaves for garnish optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Watermelon

  • Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any large seeds. Measure about four cups of fruit.
  • Tip: Chill the watermelon before blending so the juice is naturally cold.

Step 2: Blend

  • Add the watermelon chunks to a blender.
  • Blend for about one minute until completely smooth.

Step 3: Add Flavor

  • Pour in the fresh lime juice.
  • Taste the juice.
  • If needed, add one to two teaspoons of honey or agave nectar and blend again for a few seconds.

Step 4: Strain (Optional)

  • If you prefer smoother juice, pour it through a fine mesh strainer.
  • If you enjoy more fiber and body, skip this step.
