Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz tequila or tequila blanco
  • 2.5 oz pomegranate juice
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 0.5 oz orange liqueur like Cointreau
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • tsp ground cinnamon
  • tsp ground ginger
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • Ginger beer optional
  • Pomegranate seeds for garnish
  • Cinnamon sticks for garnish

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prep Your Glass

  • Run a slice of orange around the rim of your glass. Dip it into cinnamon sugar for a sweet, warm finish.

Step 2: Add Everything Into a Jar

  • Pour in tequila, pomegranate juice, orange juice, orange liqueur, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, and cayenne. Add a handful of ice.

Step 3: Shake

  • Shake for 20 seconds until the jar feels cold.

Step 4: Strain and Serve

  • Pour into your rimmed glass filled with fresh ice.

Step 5: Garnish

  • Add a rosemary sprig, pomegranate seeds, and a cinnamon stick.

Optional Sparkle:

  • Add a splash of ginger beer at the end if you want something fizzy.
