Ingredients

  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 apple sliced
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

Combine the juices:

  • In a large punch bowl, pour in the apple cider, cranberry juice, and orange juice. Stir well until everything is mixed.

Add the sugar:

  • Sprinkle in the granulated sugar and stir until it dissolves. This gives the punch a touch of sweetness without overpowering it.

Add fruit:

  • Add the orange slices, apple slices, and fresh cranberries. They’ll float beautifully and infuse more flavor as the punch sits.

Chill:

  • Place the punch in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.

Add the fizz:

  • Just before serving, pour in the ginger ale and give it a gentle stir. Add ice cubes to keep it chilled.

Serve & enjoy:

  • Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of orange or a few cranberries for that festive touch!

Notes

  • This punch is best served fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days (without ginger ale).
  • If serving outdoors, keep the punch bowl over ice to keep it chilled.
  • Use clear cups or glasses to showcase the colourful layers of fruit.
