Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz 1800® Coconut Tequila or any coconut-infused tequila
  • 8 oz Pineapple Juice fresh is best, but bottled works
  • 1/2 oz Grenadine optional for a sunrise effect
  • Ice
  • Lime wedge pineapple slice, or toasted coconut for the rim (Optional garnish)

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare Your Glass

  • Start by preparing your glass. Riming it with toasted coconut or coarse salt adds an extra touch. Dip a lime wedge around the rim into a toasted coconut or salt plate.

Step 2: Combine Ingredients

  • Add coconut tequila, pineapple juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to mix and chill the ingredients thoroughly.

Step 3: Strain and Serve

  • Strain the mixture into your prepared glass over fresh ice. If you’re adding grenadine for a sunrise effect, gently pour it over the back of a spoon so it sinks to the bottom and creates a layered look.

Step 4: Garnish

  • Add a lime wedge, pineapple slice, or both to the rim of the glass for an extra tropical touch.
