Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry juice
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup soda water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
- Cherries & lemon slices garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Glass
- Fill both glasses with ice cubes. Add a few mint leaves for extra freshness.
Step 2: Mix the Base
- In a cup or jar, stir together the cherry juice, lemon juice, and honey. I like to mix the honey first so it melts into the juice smoothly.
Step 3: Add the Fizz
- Pour the mixture over the ice, filling each glass halfway. Top it off with soda water. Pour slowly so you keep the bubbles.
