- 64 ounces pure apple cider
- 2 bottles 12 ounces each pear hard cider
- ½ cup caramel syrup
- 2 tablespoons mulling spices
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup pear liqueur optional for adults
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon whole cloves

Pour apple cider into a large pot and place over medium heat.
Add pear hard cider, caramel syrup, honey, sugar, cinnamon sticks, mulling spices, and whole cloves. Stir well.
Let the mixture heat until it’s just about to boil. Then reduce heat and simmer for 25–30 minutes. This helps the spices infuse and the flavors come together.
Stir in the pear liqueur (if using) after removing from heat.
Strain out the spices before serving.
Ladle into mugs, garnish with sliced pears and an extra cinnamon stick.
