Ingredients

  • 52  oz simple apple juice  or apple cider
  • 2  liters ginger ale
  • ½  cup caramel sauce plus a drizzle for each glass
  • 8  oz apple‑flavored vodka
  • 4  oz salted caramel syrup

  • 6  cups ice
  • 2 large red apples thinly sliced
  • 2 large green apples thinly sliced
  • 2  cups fresh cranberries

Instructions

Chill the base

  • Pop the apple juice, ginger ale, and vodka in the fridge at least two hours so the punch starts cold.

Layer the flavors

  • In a punch bowl, whisk apple juice with caramel sauce until no streaks remain. Stir in pumpkin pie spice.

Add the sparkle

  • Pour in ginger ale and salted caramel syrup. Give a gentle stir to keep the bubbles lively.

Finish with fruit & ice

  • Tip in ice, apple slices, and cranberries. The fruit keeps the punch cool while looking gorgeous.
