Equipment

  • A tall glass (or martini glass for a fancy look)
  • A spoon or stirrer
  • Measuring jigger (Optional)

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Alizé Apple Vodka
  • ½ oz. caramel vodka
  • 4 oz. apple juice
  • 4 oz. lemon-lime soda like Sprite or 7Up
  • 1 –2 tbsp maple syrup for extra fall flavor!
  • ½ to 1 cup heavy cream or half & half optional for a creamy twist
  • Ice
  • 2 apple slices for garnish
  • Ground cinnamon optional topping

Instructions

  • Fill your glass with ice. A tall cocktail glass works best if you’re adding soda.
  • Add the apple vodka and caramel vodka directly over the ice.
  • Pour in the apple juice and lemon-lime soda.
  • Drizzle in the maple syrup and give it a gentle stir.
  • Add a splash of half & half or heavy cream for a creamy version. Stir gently. (Optional)
  • Garnish with apple slices and a pinch of ground cinnamon, if using.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your sparkling caramel apple cocktail!

Notes

You can easily turn this into a Caramel Apple Martini by skipping the soda and cream. Shake the vodkas, apple juice, and maple syrup with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass!
