  • 2 ounces blueberry syrup
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

Dry Shake First

  • Add tequila, lime juice, blueberry syrup, pineapple juice, and egg white to a shaker. Shake without ice for about 15 seconds. This helps create a creamy foam.

Add Ice and Shake Again

  • Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for another 15–20 seconds until chilled.

Strain and Serve

  • Strain into a chilled glass. You can double-strain for a smoother texture.

Garnish

  • Top with a pineapple slice and a few fresh blueberries.
