Beetlejuice Drink Recipe
This spooky Beetlejuice Drink Recipe is a fun Halloween cocktail made with grape juice, vodka, melon liqueur, lime, and fizzy lemon-lime soda. Bright, fruity, colorful, and easy to make, it’s perfect for Halloween parties and spooky gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 cup grape juice
- 1 cup lemon-lime soda
- ½ ounce melon liqueur such as Midori
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar or honey
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ½ ounce blue curaçao
- ½ ounce raspberry liqueur such as Chambord
- 1 –2 drops black food coloring optional
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish, optional
Instructions
Prepare the glasses
- Fill two glasses with ice and set them aside. If you want a Halloween-style rim, lightly moisten the glass rim with lime and dip it into colored sugar.
Mix the base
- Add vodka, grape juice, lime juice, melon liqueur, sugar or honey, blue curaçao, and raspberry liqueur to a cocktail shaker. Add the ice and shake for about 10–15 seconds.
Add the color
- If you want a darker Beetlejuice look, add 1 drop of black food coloring and stir. Add another drop only if needed.
Pour
- Strain the mixture into the prepared ice-filled glasses.
Add the fizz
- Slowly pour the lemon-lime soda into each glass. Give each drink one gentle stir.
Garnish
- Add a fresh mint leaf or a lime wedge. Serve immediately while the drink is cold and fizzy.
