Bat Sh*t Crazy Cocktail
A spooky and festive Bat Sh*t Crazy Cocktail made with apple vodka, pumpkin, apple juice, lime, and orgeat, finished with a black sugar rim, fresh mint, and cinnamon for the perfect Halloween party drink.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz apple vodka
- 0.75 oz pumpkin puree
- 0.75 oz apple juice
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz orgeat syrup
- Fresh mint
- Cinnamon stick
- Black sugar
Instructions
Rim the Glass
- Pour some black sugar onto a small plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of the rocks glass, then dip the rim into the sugar.
Add the Ingredients
- Pour the apple vodka, pumpkin puree, apple juice, lime juice, and orgeat syrup into a cocktail shaker.
Shake
- Fill the shaker with ice. Shake firmly for about 10–15 seconds until the mixture is cold and well combined.
Strain
- Add fresh ice to the prepared rocks glass. Strain the cocktail over the ice.
Garnish
- Add fresh mint and a cinnamon stick. Serve right away.
Notes
- Use 100% pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
- Fresh lime juice gives the best flavor.
- Shake thoroughly so the pumpkin puree blends into the drink.
- Black sugar makes the cocktail look especially festive for Halloween.
- Keep the cocktail chilled and serve immediately.
- If serving at a party, make individual cocktails rather than leaving a large batch sitting for an extended period.
