Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana overripe works best
  • 1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup milk almond milk or dairy milk both work
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 –2 tablespoons maple syrup adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 teaspoons turbinado sugar optional

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen banana to the blender jar. Break into chunks for easier mixing.
  • Spoon in vanilla Greek yogurt and pour milk right over it.
  • Add vanilla extract and maple syrup.
  • Drop in ice and turbinado sugar if using.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Stop once to scrape sides if needed.
  • Pour into glasses and serve right away.
