milk
almond milk or dairy milk both work

vanilla extract

–2 tablespoons maple syrup
adjust sweetness to taste

turbinado sugar

Instructions
Add frozen banana to the blender jar. Break into chunks for easier mixing.
Spoon in vanilla Greek yogurt and pour milk right over it.
Add vanilla extract and maple syrup.
Drop in ice and turbinado sugar if using.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Stop once to scrape sides if needed.
