Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • ½ cup vanilla or plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ to 1 cup milk of choice almond milk, dairy milk, oat milk, vanilla oat milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes optional
  • Vanilla protein powder optional, for extra protein

Instructions
